  • 会员9704：临时看酒店，很多都定完了，最后看到这家温泉汤屋，因为带私汤，所以勉强定了，后面住的时候却有被惊喜到。酒店会提前让管家联系我们，黄莎小姐姐很贴心，知道我们带了娃娃，提前准备了小朋友的东西。到酒店后，说实话，大环境不是很好，有点旧。办理入住时被告知帮我们免费升了级，一进院子，比想象中好很多，房间设施配套都挺好的，大堂工作人员很热情，还送了小礼物给小孩。酒店早餐也是提前和管家确认，早上按时送到房间用的餐。总体体验很不错，下次有时间会考虑再来。
  • 会员3387：就是峨眉山大酒店升级的顶楼温泉房，视野很好，房间很大，私汤池子特别大！管家徐艳鹏非常负责，我们到之前就跟我们联系，房间提前开空调，准备好水果。还预约好第二天早餐的配送服务。房间里面准备了很多矿泉水，胶囊咖啡，峨眉红茶。酒店升级现在有小朋友爱国教育的活动，还有篮球乒乓球足球场，玩几天都耍不完。下次还会定这里。 🍃环境： 🔔服务：
